Working here

Every person in our organization plays a key role. The unique experiences and personalities that make up our organization form our most significant differentiator: committed, experienced and creative people. Together, we form a team of approximately twenty people, plus a few dogs. We work in an 1850s-era brownstone in Boston's historic South End, where we make a difference in each other's lives and in our clients' pursuits.

Our employee retention averages more than twice the national average—attesting to the quality of our organization and each person that contributes to the community here.
